Emily- Founder of Kahuna Berlin Co-founder of Osmos Studio
Kahuna : her purpose as a Ka Huna Bodyworker is to assist you in balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions, and hold space for you to honour and love who you really are. She believe’s, our minds can lie to us, but our body’s can’t. We must tune into our own bodies and feel how our emotions and stress are showing up. Heavy Chest, tight hips, stiff neck, digestive issues, headaches? Our bodies can show us what is going on with ourselves, and our bodies can hold onto emotions and trauma if they are not dealt with. through movement, touch and setting an intention you can release these blockages. She will be there to guide and assist your healing through loving touch, whilst holding a safe & nurturing space for you.
Kobido: Emily’s Kobido sessions are designed to tone and lift the facial muscles while simultaneously stimulating the lymphatic system to encourage natural detoxification and reduce puffiness. Each session includes a deeply relaxing facial massage, as well as focused work on the chest and neck to support circulation, release tension, and enhance the overall flow of energy throughout the upper body.
The treatment not only improves skin elasticity and boosts collagen production but also helps to relieve jaw tension, reduce fine lines, and restore a natural glow. As a finishing touch, Emily uses high-quality, sustainable skincare products by Grums, chosen for their nourishing, skin-replenishing properties.
