Mallika believes deeply in the importance of living with awareness and remaining conscious of what we take into our bodies—be it food, information, or music. To her, Ayurvedic massage is a natural extension of this intentional lifestyle. It is a way of nurturing the body and mind by rebalancing energies and supporting the release of toxins, especially when practiced on a weekly basis.

Her intention is to support others in restoring energetic balance within the body and to offer the face and head—home to many vital Marma (energy) points—the regular care and attention they need.

She also offers brief consultations on Ayurvedic body types upon request. These sessions help identify imbalances among the three primary doshas and provide guidance on how to support the body in returning to equilibrium.
