*If you have never tried a Kahuna massage before, 60 minuetes is a good taster, however the longer sessinos really allow your body to let go and dive deep into the kahuna magic.

*If you are dealing with severe stress (exam period, break ups, burn out, depression, anxiety, trauma), you may need a few sessions, to release and rebalance your energy flow. We can discuss what is right for you after your first session. Otherwise in other cases, I suggest a kahuna massage once a month will keep you in flow, and of course you are honouring your self care!
